Heads up for UK members - 1TB WD Storage Drive for £22.49

 
Specifically a Western Digital Elements 1TB Desktop External Hard Drive - I picked one up yesterday in Tesco for £22.49.
 
I don't know if it was a store-specific offer or not, but I checked on the Tesco Direct website HERE and they're currently selling them online for £69.97.
 
That seems pretty reasonable to me for all that storage (includes an AC power adapter and USB lead BTW).

    I would have got that if it was online I have one already and it is great ! Will need to swing past Tesco tomorrow and see if I can pick another up :)

    Just in case it was an offer specific to this store only, let them know that the £22.49 price is available in this particular outlet:

    I mention this because even if they have them marked up at a higher price, they might do a price match for you. This happened to me a year or so back when I bought a Nokia PAYG phone. They had the same model marked up at £10 more in my local store but they matched the Kidderminster price for me there and then.
     
    If you need a scan of my receipt to prove the price, just let me know (BTW, I just noticed the typo/brain fart in my OP, it was yesterday I picked up the drive when I dropped the kids home).
