Finally settled over here in the Lone Star State. In the middle of installing all the rack stuff etc... fun fun. Hope you're all doing fine and making lots of music!

    It'll grow on you.  At first, it might seem like its lodged sideways in your throat, but it will get more natural in time.  You might not want to launch right away into a "Howdy" until you've acclimated a bit more.  While a Stetson is always appropriate, the spurs and chaps are a questionable fashion choice in some settings.

    Oh, and if the hat is covered with pink fur, it's not a real Stetson.  Hope that helps.  In the meantime, put your boots up, grab a mug and stay for awhile.  Howdy.

    :) Heya guys.. thanks!. It's been a busy time. Today ended up being a fight with the new Z-Sys and the spdif VRM from the Eleven rack... still no show. I suspect the 'usb' driver has some element required, I just installed the control panel for the VRM because of only wanting to use SPDIF. All else is behaving....

    I actually find the Texan accent easy, it's kind of a slower drawn out version of outback Aussie ;).

    Hi all,
     
    Just popped in to say sorry I've not been about. Busy busy life since moving here. Last move put my studio under wraps. Waiting on construction, which is the good news. Not too sure about Houston still. I have not upgraded to X3 as I have been using Logic, not abandoned, but as they say, too many programs means you never quite learn enough. 
     
    Finally bought a setup along with actually building the studio including MCU Pro and extender, Focusrite Octopre Mk2 Dynamics and ditching using the Mackie 1640i Onyx. Anyway want to buy it? LOL. 
     
    I am bipolar, so, that doesn't help. Glad to see all the regulars about still, and I have occasionally stopped by, just not dove in.
