Hello everyone

Please no pomp & circumstance...

I didn't even want to start a new thread as that in itself is more "attention" than I wanted for my return.  I am not interested in the attention, that was not why I left.  I left to get a grip on my own emotions and determine how I wanted to continue from this point forward.  it was not a "I'll take my posts and leave" hissy fit in any way.  My time away was a "self-evaluation."  So, I do not wish to make a big deal of returning to the forum.

I do not wish to continue arguing about what the forum should be, therefore I will not participate in any of the threads which have those disagreements in them.  If those threads continue to thrive, I may rethink my return anyway.  I'm just not wanting to see any more derision amoung the CH population.   we need to just bury it and "all get along."

I will not be posting one word posts (like "ya" and "Ja") because, as it has been pointed out, that is a violation of the TOS and I should be expected to follow the TOS just like everyone else.  I will not be posting just for the sake of post count.  Again, TOS specifically states that is against the rules.

I hold no malice or grudges toward anyone for the situtation and would hope that everyone else would feel the same and would please just drop the disagreements and let's figure out what the real Coffee House community is supposed to be.

Let's just relax and have some fun!  (in the wise words of my friend Alex!)

    Hi Beagle.

Welcome to The Becan Coffee House.

We hope you enjoy it here.

There was guy that used to have a Bagle in his avatar. Maybe you want to try it on for size.

I'm still evaluating what the new avatars would be.  Bagels might be good.

Hmmm. Good news on a Monday? What is this world coming to?

    Welcome back Beagle!

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.
