Hello, got BIG Problem!

Hello...
i tried to install my Cakewalk Pro Audio 8, but the program doesnt like my ORIGNIAL CD KEY...
can you tell me in which format i have to type it in?

i changed 1 thing in my cdkey, please write it in the right format, that i can type it in...

CPAR700700034

i tried it like this CPA-R70070-0034
and CPA -- R70070 -- 0034
and CPAR700700034

NOTHING WORKS!

PLEASE HELP!

    contact tech support by email.... be patient with them because they can be a bit slow.

    If I remember correctly...when I inputted the serial numbers... I did it exactly like the email or card had the number printed...including all dashes.

    SIDE NOTE: CWPA8 ... is this a new program or an older program.... I'm asking this for 2 reasons...first, I'm not a CW guru to know the specifics of every CW platform.....second...and very important. The platform, if it is an older version, may not run on the operating system in your computer. I bought CWP8 many years back, and I bought a new laptop specifically for recording. It ran Vista and when I installed and tried to run CWP8.... it froze up.... so that is also a possibility here.... you may need to buy an updated version. I bought MC4 and all is fine with it.
