Help - Importing MP3 "Busy" message

After importing an MP3 file, the word "busy" appears inside the track... there are no wavelengths or anything, just that word and when I try to play it, no sound comes out.

Windows 7, 64-bit

Not sure if this was the right place to post this, but I need help with it

    Could be an issue with the MP3 file? Have you tried it in Windows Media Player? What is the bit rate? Maybe you need to delete your picture cache.

    Thanks for replying to me, but there's nothing wrong with the file. I play it all the time and it works fine.  The bit rate is 320 kbps...

    how do i delete picture cache?

    Did you download the MP3 from iTunes?


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
