Help! Midi Loop!

Hey there
 
I am using Yamaha Motif XS8 for my main MIDI controller. It set to send/receive MIDI via USB. I get another MIDI data source coming likely from Sonar creating MIDI Loop, that causes chaos. I have Komplete Kontrol controller connected as well, but it does not transmit any MIDI data. I also have MOTU Midi interface but all Ins/Outs unchecked in preferences. But something sends MIDI data and masses up tempo of Motif to make it run like at 500bpm. Where can it be coming from? Thank you.

    Hm... and I fixed it but I dont know how. I unchecked sync midi options and then when i checked them back, it works. Weird. Thanks.
