The Waves CLA76 comes with two versions of the 1176, an earlier one and a later one. They are noticably different in sound and performance. I think the UAD plug is an emulation of the later model, though I'm not sure.
I don't know which version Cakewalk's PC76 is based on, but if it's not the same hardware version as the UAD then I wouldn't expect the two of them to behave in quite the same way. The best approach to compression is to remember that just because so-and-so's mix is affected in a particular way doesn't mean yours will be in the same way unless you are using their audio tracks and gain staging.
On Cakewalk's plugin the "all buttons in" setting is the right hand button with an infinity symbol on it. The help file for the compressor explains it all and is here -
