Help Please: A500 Pro Controller wont work with SPLAT

I downloaded a backup copy of splat on my computer at work.  Everything downloaded nicely.  I downloaded the A500 Pro driver for windows 10 which I can see in my device manager in "other" folder.  I can not get SPLAT to recognize it.
 
I brought my Alesis vx 49 to work, plugged it in and it is instantly recognized and working with SPLAT.  Can anyone help with a workaround as Id like to use the Apro at work and the Alesis at home.
