Help Please on installing Rapture Session

I apologize, I'm a rookie at using the Command Center.  I avoid it as much as possible because I want to install everything on a different drive than the C drive.

Regarding Rapture Session, I did what I usually do and downloaded the manual installer.  The manual installer, like the rest of the Cakewalk manual installers, let me select a custom path, and I installed Rapture Session on my preferred drive.  Then, when running Rapture Session it said it needed to be activated.  After asking here on the forum and looking for info on this, it appears the only way to activate Rapture Session is to actually install it from the Command Center (and not use the offered manual downloader).

So, I uninstalled my manually downloaded and installed Rapture Session.

Then I downloaded the latest Command Center (which I'm a rookie at using), and installed that..  Then I installed Rapture Session directly from Command Center, and at least put the content from Rapture Session on my preferred drive.

Then I ran Rapture Session in Sonar Platinum.  Once again I'm asked for an activation.

How do I active Rapture Session?

I'm confused.  Please advise!

That's odd.  Is your Platinum membership still active ?  I have the CCC installed and just this morning I manually installed Session from the installer that I had manually downloaded from my account (I haven't installed anything using CCC).  Opening Sonar I was not asked to activate and the CCC shows a green light.

Yeah, I have the annual and am active.

I have two Rapture Sessions in my Command Center. Both have the same serial number listed. I wonder if it's just my account and there's something that needs straightening.

Good to know the manual install is possible. That's what I want in the first place.

Hi. Try to log out and back in again in CCC. It might do the trick.
    All the best.
