Help finding moved items in X1 - SOLVED

I haven't been able to find how to make the tracks scroll as they play/record (so I can see the tracks as they're recording or playing back -they just sit in one spot). In fact, I don't know how I did it in 8.5, it just always worked.

Also, I used to be able to click on the ruler and set the beat (one measure, 1/8, 1/64th, whatever) to set the increment for how much I could move the now time line when I clicked in the ruler (to fine tune where I wanted to split, or whatever). I no longer see that either. I've looked in as many categories for these as I can think of, but no luck.

Thanks

Have you checked in preferences? Hit P and I think there is a selection for the scrolling. Sorry I dont have access to my DAW at this time to give specifics
This is from the Ref Guide
Auto scroll lock in Clips pane
While editing, you can prevent the Clips pane from scrolling horizontally during playback. This allows
you to focus on the edit location without worrying that the screen will eventually scroll away from the
    edit location.
When the Left Click Locks Scroll option is enabled (default behavior), the Clips pane will not scroll
if you click any object in the Clips pane. When you are done with the edit and want the Clips pane to
scroll again during playback, click in the background of the Clips pane to clear auto scroll lock.
    To enable/disable auto scroll lock
Click the Track view Options menu, point to Click Behavior and choose Left Click Locks Scroll
    on the submenu.

    Scott helped:

In addition to Mike's post, Hit scroll lock (ScrLk) key on PC keyboard and toggle back and forth) - easiest, I think.

On the other item <to set the increment for how much I could move the now time line when I clicked in the ruler>, it's done in the Snap module L side of Control module.
