Help!

Hi,

I'm looking for samples of common looney tunes cartoon sounds.  Not sure the technical term for cartoon sound effects.

I once had this dumb programming manager who gave out those 110% pins at a meeting.  She gave out a few as "rewards" for finishing some project, but she gave them to the wrong people.  By the time she was done, everyone in the room ended up with one of those useless things.  We found out later she had read that she could use those to motivate people without having to give them anything that might actually cost money - lol!

Actually, you CAN have 110% out of 100 James.  For example:  I need to raise $400, but I end up with $440 so I raised 110% of my goal.  It gets more fun when you're adding and subtracting.  A 25% gain and a 20% loss can represent the same underlying amount.  If you have $4 and get another, you made a 25% improvement (to $5) but, if you then lost that dollar and you're back to $4, you only lost 1/5th or 20%.  So much fun...

Sofa, I've had 2 x 500ml bottles of 'Ossian Pale Ale'. How many pints is that, expressed as a hectare?

Since we've already done an admirable job of hijacking Dave's thread (hey, he got his answer already!), are you Brits (aka neanderthals) having a jolly piss at us Yanks for missing the World Cup?  It actually doesn't surprise me, they stunk at every international match over the last couple of years - even the friendlies!

Well, I haven't followed football since the late '70s, but I expect England (if they've even qualified) will;

1) Draw all their games in the group stages 0:0, and still come 2nd in the group, just above Azerbaijan and Cameroon then;

b) Get knocked out.

Here's the answer as the beginning of a song (feel free to continue it):

20 million pints of ale on the wall, 20 million pints of ale, you take one bottle, drink it down, 19,999,999 pints of ale on the wall...

Now, you've down this only twice apparently (at least so far), so you've had one litre total out of the 10 million litres that make up a hectare.  That means you've had 0.00001% so far.  Better invite some friends over to help!

No.

1) Your "soccer" team is of no interest to anyone. Even they find it hard to look interested.

2) What James said about us. (probably getting knocked out on penalties by Madeupistan or Iceberg United)
