Help me please with radio jingle...

Hello folks, it's been a long time since I posted.  I own my own business and am working on a 30-second radio jingle.  I am a vocalist (average) and piano player (above average) and am trying to figure out how to do this using project 5 (ugh!).  Any helps/pointers/tips appreciated.  I already have the music and lyrics in my head, it's just a matter of laying it down in a 30 second track with instrumentation that will make people want to Frequent my place of business.
 
ALSO, I would love to have someone with a better voice than me, probably female, sing the lyrics in a very upbeat voice and e-mail me the MP3 to use.  Obviously I will get more interest if I offer some $, but I am wondering if anyone would do it "for fun." (?!?)  Or if I do pay, who would I contact and what would the outlay be?

    I saw this post before I left to go out of town and I see no one has responded. 
     
    I think the reason for that is we just don't have much information as to what you need.
     
    Post a rough draft of the song, play the piano, sing what you can so we can have a better idea of what this is about.
     
    Good vocalist are not easy to find free or paid, or at least that has been my experience, but someone may find this something they want to be involved in if they know a little more what you want.
