Help me reinstall Sonar 8.5

Hi.  Something was messed up on my installation of Sonar 8.5.  For some reason, it wasn't finding the folders where things such as templates were stored.  I tried changing the directories manually in the Global settings, but Sonar never was able to find them.  Finally, I decided to reinstall, and to my dismay, Sonar detects the previous installation and puts everything into exactly the same place - there's no way to change it during the installation - and when I opened Sonar, I had the same problems as before.  Can anyone help me fix the installation?  

I'm still using windows xp service pack 3.

    Nevermind, the redirection seems to be working now.

    Download the free "Revo" uninstaller program (it does much more than the built in Windows or Sonar uninstall as it scans registry and also left over folders).  Use that to Uninstall Sonar 8.5.  After it's uninstalled, restart the PC (important don't skip the restart) then do a new/fresh install.  It should install properly.  When you install, select to install as Administrator.

    Revo Uninstaller   (download the free version, not the pro).
