Help please re latest version of Sonar Professional

Hi
I've been told by Arturia support that I need to have Sonar Professional 23.10.0 build 14 in order to run their soft synths. 
I'm currently on version 2017.09 (23.9.0.31). 
Command Center tells me that I'm on the latest version of Sonar (and I have the latest version of Command Center)
Any suggestions how to upgrade please?

    Install BandLab Assistant and get Cakewalk by BandLab for free.  It is based on Sonar Platinum, and is much more up to date.  https://www.bandlab.com/products/cakewalk

    DAW: CbB; Sonar Platinum, and others ...
