Help using Step Sequencer

Hiiie!

I've created a pattern in step seq using the TS-808 VSTi. My problem is that I can't change velocity, pan etc in the step seq, but only in the synth window. However, I CAN change time offset in step seq??!!!  How do I fix this so I can edit all of that stuff in step seq? I'm kinda new to this, and I'm not very familiar with midi CC, if that knowledge is required..

I've watched them but they don't provide any answers.

I thought they did... sorry about that.

I thought that Seth edited the velocity in the Drum Master class.

I figured he did some panning as well.

in the step sequencers main frame the boxes where the notes are written, click the tab all the way to the right,it open a sub menu wher you can edit pan, velocity, exc.you can also draw in velocitys with your mouse..to set up different sounds to different sourses dont forget to change the mixers settings..do this by clicking on mixer on the top right on the box..it will change from sequencer to mixer.then below each instryment, make sure each one is assignded a different number by right clicking the number itself..dont worry man,i understand you only have 2 post and need a little direction.

Thanks man gonna check it out soon. Oops I wasn't clear enough in my first post, cause I know HOW to change the values, but they just wouldn't affect the sound.. only when I played around with the values in the synth window it worked. Gonna check the mixer settings.. hope it works

Gave it another try, but I'm not sure I understand the part about the mixer..  I don't know where that mixer button is. All I see is close, minimize and the lock button???   Every drum sound is already assigned to a different track, if that's what you mean?
Baahh it still doesn't work. :( The only parameter that affects the sound in strep seq is still time offset..  I tried draw curves with velocity etc, with no result.

I've watched them. No help. The problem is still not that I don't know how to edit stuff in step seq, but that those changes don't affect the sound/midi data. Exception is time offset and velocity (in session drummer 3).
I just tried to pan and add swing, using different synths in step seq but nada happens...
