Help with BCF2000 and Sonar Plat

I use a BCF2000 with Sonar Plat and I have no idea how this has happened, but when I use the buttons that are to be used to jog the timeline, the forward button works as expected. The reverse button when used causes the unit to go out of track mode to send mode and will cause playback to start. How can I get the Sonar mode back to default. I am using Mackie mode. Thanks.

    Thatsastrat,

You can either try re-installing the latest firmware from the Behinger website and or reset the BCF2000 to factory default.

Download the manual from Behringer's website first and perform the factory reset and if that doesn't work, perform a firmware re-installation.

    I hope this helps

    Peace,

    Thatsastrat,

See how we all work together for a common cause.   I help you with the BCF2000 and you provide me with $75,000 for me to buy a Mercedes CLS.  LOL
