Help with Midi velocity plug-in

I am trying to progressively reduce the velocity of a range of midi notes in MC5.

I have tried using the velocity Midi plugin but can only get it to increase velocity across the range. The sliders do not seem to allow me to do it in reverse.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't use the PRV but I believe it is possible to do using a velocity envelope in PRV.

Someone who uses PRV will be along shortly to expound on this.

I have used a velocity envelope before but in this instance the velocity plug in would be really useful if I can get it to decrease across a range of midi notes rather than increase as I have several small batches of notes that require the same effect.

So MC5 does not have the "Scale velocities" function?

I'm not on my DAW.... but F1 gets you to the help and you can search it for velocity and see what it says.

This is something that I very, very, very rarely use.

In the PRV view, enable the Controller Pane.
Use the Draw tool to draw in any velocity curve you desire. You can also adjust the velocity of individual notes if you wish.
    Have fun with it.
Depending on the synth, velocity changes can range from mildly noticeable to very dramatic.
