Help with Updating Sonar Platinum

I am a bit confused about updates.
I prefer to not use the command center and instead download the needed files from my account at the Cakewalk store.
 
My question is, are the updates cumulative?  Can I download and install the latest update and will that cover all of the fixes and enhancements of the previous ones? 
 
Also, when I go to this page:
http://www.cakewalk.com/S...oduct/SONAR%20Platinum
I see a list of updates, but they don't appear to be in chronological order, so which one(s) do I download?

    (I believe the answer is ) Yes
    Foxboro is the latest version. Others will know for sure which number goes with which version.

    The updates are cumulative.
     
    The releases are alphabetical: Allston, Braintree, Cambridge...FoxBoro. Each release has a pdf (a.k.a. ezine) with details about the installers with updates. I use this page as the source for the ezines http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR/Rolling-Updates#start. Another way to see if there are updates is compare the version number of the installers you have applied to the version numbers in your account.
