Help with missing plug-ins

Hi all!  I'm new to this forum and was wondering if someone could help me with problem I am having with my Music Creator 5 program.

Due to a virus, I recently had to have my Vista OS re-installed on my computer.  After re-installing Music Creator 5 back on my computer, whenever I try to open one of my saved projects or start a new one, I get a message saying that I'm missing plug-ins or that they have been improperly installed.  They are for the studio instrument drums (SI-Drum kit (Synth Rack)).  This is the message I get:

The following plugins were missing from your project.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005' [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified /Owners/GetPlugin.asp, line 84

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program and also doing a custom install just for the studio instrument drums themselves.  It still gives me the same message.

I really love this program, but without a drum kit, it is just about useless to me.  I don't know what to do to fix this problem.
If anyone has had a similar problem and knows what to do, I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance.

you need to be sure the SI drums are installed... look in the program files>cakewalk>vstplugins>studio instruments> si drums...... be sure the  file ( SI Drum Kit.DLL)  for SI drums is actually on your machine...... if that is NOT the path...find it.

Then go into the plug in manager in MC5  Tools>options> plug in manager, and ADD that file path to the list and do a rescan.

Normally, it should install properly, but when it doesn't you simply have to tell it where to look....one time.
