Helpline in UK tel number

Hi, I have been having so many problems installing Platinum. I finally caved and asked for a call, they messaged me an hour after it was due to say 'sorry we missed you' but my phone definitely didn't ring. Does anyone know of a UK helpline telephone number for support please?
