Man the only thing missing is a chill girl, a drink in my hand, low lights and about 75 degrees : ) fantastic tune. Only thing I got for you is the song is so mellow, so full of love and happiness and it ends...in my opinion...abruptly. fantastic song none the less. well done!! : )

Let's hear the scratch vocal. We all know there's a scratch vocal. Has to be. How do you do a track without a scratch? I feel itchy.

Hi Frank, very professional sounding, excellent production all round. Isn't this the theme song from a sitcom, if not it should be. Greetings, Rik

Huh? Am I missing something here? Was that the same song? Ah, started off with the scratch vocal shaky and low, so I thought, well they should raise the singing perhaps an octave, but then it went up higher as the song went on, but mostly, the saxophone part was missing or at least some part of that. Also there seem to not be enough words in the song to me, so the vocal seem to be misplaced to me in that sense. So.............................. to me, the singing should be twice as fast or the words twice as fast to allow room to still keep the saxophone part in there or at least part of it. ??

You've got the skills, no doubt about that, better than me. I'd love to hear you get ticked and take those skills in a different direction for once, not evil but just something heavy and rocking. Although who the heck am I to say either way. This sounds awesome! You are a true pro, and a kind person from the comments I have heard from you in other post. Keep on keepin' on! Excellent as always!

You're getting jazzy in your old age friend. Like a fine whiskey mellowing with age. This is such a fine melody. Very emotional and very pretty. I especially like songs that celebrate life, and these lyrics do all of that. Music that makes you feel good about being alive is music at it's highest art. Yea... this is sweet.... Daryl

Thanks again to everyone for listening and commenting... very gratifying...

Hi Frank, Another wonderful track – it sounds great and you’re always an inspiration in that you prove that we can get professional results with cakewalk. This is a real testament to your abilities. Some of us have it together and some are on the way to having it together (I am sort of on the way – but it seems that I always will be on the way). Love the rhythm section, I can only dream of putting something like that together. The one crit I have is that the vocal (good as it is) doesn’t seem to lay in the track in a comfortable space. I don’t know any other way to describe it – the vocal is good (very good) but there is something in the way it “sits in the track ” that doesn’t seem quite settled to me – (is it the track or is it the merlot?) – it seems too “in front” or “on top of the track” – just my opinion and therefore no more or less valid than anyone else’s . Other than that, once again, as always, a super track and I always enjoy your work.

Always a thrill to see one of your tunes posted. No let down here. All you bass players, all so good. He has a very unique voice and as the song progresses it grows on you. Man, this is nice! Nice theme. Music and production just phenomenal. Bass could be louder, JUST KIDDING. Diggin' on Robby again. bass was perfect in my phones. Whole thing is. Man, what a nice vocal!

One of the coolest tracks I've heard on here. Outstanding production quality and the arrangement and the song "We're here today" were excellent. Wish I could get mine to sound as good as that. Brilliant.
