Here's another one man funk tune.. with video
Pretty much every year for Father's day I get some time in the basement studio with the intention of coming out with a song. This is what I did this year. The video was taken while I tracked with the audio, then put together in Vegas Studio. ButterBass I stuck to my funk strengths this time, to maximize the chance I'd finish the production in a single afternoon.

Hey, haven't seen you around in a while! Naturally this has some spunky funk, no surprise there. Very cool that you did an accompanying video. I really like the walking bass line section with the syncopated drum beat, nice.

Steve! How you doing man? I haven't the time and money to dump into the studio these days so I don't feel as relevant around here where everyone's talking about newer computers, gear, and Sonar versions. That walking bass line section is what I like to call "Jazz"... maybe it'll catch on.

Get outta here! shifado....., this piece is great, and so are you. It is as relevant as butter on toast, dew on the lily, and fire in the sky. Get back here soon, I love the buttery bass. Jesse Q. Screed

Thanks man! I meant more along the lines of the general chatter in the other forums, I don't have the input I used to have there helping n00bs with PC and Sonar questions. As for songs, I'll post them here when I make them. Except for this one, I forgot about that one. No video and it's not as exciting, had to loop the dang swung 16th note high hat bit because I kept getting exhausted.
