The CC stands for Control Change and the number stands for the type of controller as per the Decimal column in the following table: http://www.midi.org/techspecs/midimessages.php#3 So your numbers there are... There was a point in time when showing these controllers could be useful for assigning them to control surfaces and also for grouping them. ACT and various control surface support has taken care of that need while its far better to group said controls in either an FX Chain for an effect or in the Synth Rack's Assignable Controls for software instruments.
