Are you sure those aren't Control Change numbers?

Yes, those are MIDI Controller numbers. The CC stands for Control Change and the number stands for the type of controller as per the Decimal column in the following table:
    http://www.midi.org/techspecs/midimessages.php#3

    So your numbers there are...
(CC91) - Effects 1 Depth (default: Reverb Send Level)
(CC93) - Effects 3 Depth (default: Chorus Send Level)
    (CC11) - Expression Controller
    (CC74) - Sound Controller 5 (default: Brightness)

I believe that CC stand for Continuous Controller. At least it does with MIDI.

Actually, it can be either that or Control Change as per the MIDI.org site. On that official site, they seem to use it for both.

These CCs can be hidden/ shown by going to SONAR's Console View, opening the Options menu, FX sub-menu, and selecting (or deselecting) Show Assignable Controllers.

There was a point in time when showing these controllers could be useful for assigning them to control surfaces and also for grouping them. ACT and various control surface support has taken care of that need while its far better to group said controls in either an FX Chain for an effect or in the Synth Rack's Assignable Controls for software instruments. I guess it could still be useful for controlling/ grouping MIDI FX, though.

As such, I usually keep it hidden.

Hey, I beat everybody to it.  I may not be a forum celebrity though so I don't guess it really counts.
