This is the best song i've heard on this forum.  Timbo, you could sit in for Robert Lamm.

Robert Lamm? Boy isn't that a fact!

I'm so thrilled that forum members here are showing me their support and then
to be absolutely just "blown away" at "this" Totally "awesome" performance
and mix is astounding. Tim, you always amaze me anyway but these words
(just to name one of many things) is "so" "clever". Man did that bring a smile to
my face in both the nice gesture of the song as well as the thought of being
so happy for you that you have this wonderful gift at writing and performing.

I just got home from going to visit some friends play in a club. It was nice
to have enough stamina to make it through a couple hours of listening
and "sitting in". Having that stamina in itself was so rewarding. Its kinda
funny that a person can be so happy just to be able to go and "do something"

Talking in itself is such an effort with my throat/ physical situation. It's kind of
funny to think about that too. It's like when I finish a sentence it's Whoo! That
    was a workout!

I like the "band aid" part that is so clever. I'm supposed to be starting some
of the treatments next week so I may be even more drained, but I can come back
to this for good ol "cheer me up". It looks like if I can ever sing again that
it's going to be a while. Right now I think it's partly because of the swollen
area in my neck and the lack of feeling on half of my tongue. That is a bit
like being in suspense. I hope that I can get back to singing, but only time will
    tell.

Wow "Tim" this is just amazing in every aspect.

Cool lyrics, great concept.  Bass a little hot on my speakers.

    Very Micky Newbury!
