Hey Ya'll.............Mix 2

it's a Chris Cagle cover for the one's that don't know.

I guess it would be considered country rock.

This was recorded at the mechanic shop, one big ass garage.
One live take..............
Fun cover, thought someone might enjoy.

Mix crictic welcome,  I need all the help I can get !

I can't comment on the mix :-( I'll be able too again some day soon?

This is "classic" R&R! I love it!

    I'm talking 70s "wraaaack!"

I love the guitar tone, Sweet! I would add harmonies to the part that sounds like the chorus? And maybe some more lead phills? This had a nice .38 special vibe to me? (which is a good thing, they had a lot of hits... I actually know a guy who used to play guitar when they toured?)

My hope is that my endorsement will not create a problem? As many here boycott me... I enjoy your music...

All you need is love, just ask the Beatles?

Great song and great performances! The only problem is that the vocals are way too loud and covering up the mix. The idea is to keep the singer on the same stage as the band.

Bandontherun19................Glad you enjoyed it.  Won't be add'in no harmonies
or guitar fills, it's just a live one shot take for fun and mix experience for me .

String Jammer.................. Thanks for the time to commit.  Yea the vocals are very loud.
Just about all the vocal in this mix is from the live board feed, and bleed from all 18 mic's
I use to record this........... lol       I'm going to work on this project tonight some more
so your advice is more than welcome.  Thanks

Great old style fanny kickin' rock 'n roll (hot licks and all).  Love it!  I do have to agree with Scotty about the vocal being too up front.
    Niiicccceee stuff!

    Hey, Tim,

How's it going, buddy?  Hope you're having a rockin' week!

I missed the first version of this, but this mix sounds really great, it almost sounds like you did it in a studio instead of live!

Dynamite job, brother, have a good one and keep up the good work!

    Very cool tunage!

The drums are thin. The bass drum, is it there? As said before, The vox are too loud.

    Very cool rock!

Aren't mechanic's shops great for bands? We used to play in a body shop. The only drawback is you have to keep cleaning your equipment. At least that's the way it was in the body shop.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.
