Hey everyone!

Yea, great forum till about 20 minutes ago.  I'm new here and I wanted to know how do you report someone for posting negative, antagonistic comments?  Been here 4 days and already have someone messing with me.   I see the abuse button, but on some posts its not there.   And happens go be gone on the post I want to report.  Weird?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi there MetalTek

I'd say 'welcome aboard' but your join date is in 2004! Good to see you using the forums now though

Anyway, you'll only see the Report Abuse link if you're signed in - it should appear in the bottom right hand corner of every post (except your own) next to the post number:

If that option is still not available for some reason, you might want to contact one of the Cakewalk Moderators directly using the Private Message system here.

To send them a direct link to the post you wish to report, first click on the post number. A small window will open containing a direct link to the post - if you left click on it, the link will be saved to your clipboard so you can paste it into your message:

    Who's upset you anyway?

    Steve

Just so you know, we normally keep the negative, antagonistic comments in the attic.  That way we don't have to deal with them unless someone really wants to have an argument or look for that antique rocking chair with the broken arm rest.  When they're done up there, they come back down, get some first aid, fill up a mug, and try to forget about it.

For the record, the chair was really old and I did fix it back up with some duct tape.

I don't know about dog avatars, but I think I saw a dog from Pandora.

He said that Internet Radio is still struggling to survive.  He described it as a "Human Eat Human" world.

    That is sad.

    So sad.

    Such a sad situation.

Why can't the dog have a blue paper bed to lie in?
