He should understand the power of visuals.
Could use a few more Windmills. Maybe some Jousting action. Some video producers and performers talk about using a textured backdrop. I guess the mere soundguy doesn't know about those things. Maybe a nicely figured piece of rare tonewood would tie everything in to make it all seem more in tune. It's what all the legendary Hollywood pro's would have used, they all seemed to figure out how to make reality more real somehow.

Were they sawing a beautiful assistant in half? That trick loses something without the visual elements. At least it makes more sound than pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
