If you value your life on the Cakewalk forums you need to go to the X-Serious Forum and post a question about why your Soundblaster won't record MIDI out into an audio track with an external insert that was speed comped.
But don't post the specs of you machine as they love that up there. They all want be Carnac.

Well i've established i can't spell becan so i'm off to a good start, as far as guitars go i have a Less Paul Standard and an old Aria Pro that plays like a dream. for keys i have a Kurzweil PC1-se, the Piano and Horns sound awesome. Computer is an HP Pavilion stripped down for more memory win#7 64-bit. nothing to brag about but it does the trick..

The principle is the same as the one I learned in Alaska: when you go into bear country, always use the buddy system. That way, if you meet a grizzly you don't have to outrun the bear, you only have to outrun your buddy.
