Hiding Controller pane in PRV ... but then the mess ???

Sorry if this has maybe been discussed. I searched but can't find if there's a way.

After hiding the controller pane (ALT+C) how can I permanently get rid of all of the extra stuff that then shows
on the PRV over the notes?

Thanks Craig. I set mine just like yours but it's not consistent, probably because it still insists on showing the velocities of the active track. Maybe mine is broken? ( X3e)  
 
The "other stuff is all controller data, and I found how to turn that off also, but that needs to be re set to not show every time the project is opened.
 
I'm remembering now, that the only really good fix for this is to just deal with dragging the pane down most of the way but not all of the way.
