I just checked out the demos of the EZKeys MIDI. I'm not sure what I was expecting from Hip Hop Piano MIDI, but it looks like this could be a useful grab bag of pop and jazz patterns which could work with a lot of different styles.

There seems to be a new direction with Toontrack, launching interrelated packs, such as Hip-Hop EZX, Hip-Hop Grooves midi and now Hip-Hop EZkeys midi. So these seem interesting if you have EZkeys as well as EZdrummer. Maybe next time they'll add a Hip-Hop EZmix pack.
