Hitting space bar twice quickly takes me to the song beginning
How do I turn this off? Hitting "w" is preferable compared to the MANY times I lose my place in projects due to this feature. It is especially problematic when a bit of latency is added to the mix. I hit space bar, it takes a moment to respond so I hit it again and I have lost my place again. Some response to this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance! Does anyone else experience this a lot? http://rexred.com

The easy way to avoid is just to hit the spacebar once

Is it a bug? Didn't know that. Likewise - annoying sometimes when doing quick start/stop listening instead of looping. I think he knew that Bristol_Jonesey lol!!

I've always thought that was a handy feature. Also, it you hit it once or twice more (while your Loop is on), it will alternate between the beginning of the looped section and the beginning of the project.

ive noticed this once in a while as well but not worried to much about it because I thought it was one of those cool features that's not so known. to be honest I don't even know if its in the sonar platinum help files as a shortcut.

It would be nice to be able to turn this "feature" off. It's annoying. I agree the fix is just to hit the spacebar once but for some reason I find this happening way more than it should.

Disable 'On Stop, Rewind to Now Marker' in Track View Options. Alt+Spacebar gives you the opposite behavior of whatever is set in Options so you don't have to change it when you want the other behavior in a specific situation.

Once again...Brundlefly to the rescue. I have a theory that he and scook have memorized SONAR's documentation.

I prefer to have 'On Stop, Rewind to Now Marker' enabled 99% of the time. The bug should be fixed. jps I use ctrl + w to toggle between the two behaviors .
Yes, it became available sometime during X2 (or X3?).
