Hofa EQ ?

Hi anyone know / using this IQ-EQ from Hofa

I tried the demo .....

What is your verdict on this EQ compared to other EQ's
just want some opinions , ill may buy an EQ with that price tag..

    Hello,
    If you 've tried the demo, what do you think personnally ?
    I heard of their new Comp and concerning the functionnalities, it seems very convenient ! But what about the sound ?

    I tried an older version and liked it very much. That price is a little scary, though. Before you commit, have a look at Meldaproductions' MDynamicEQ, not as pretty but equally capable for half the price. And of course, if price is no concern then you should also do a comparison with FabFilter Pro-MB before deciding.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    At last download their free tools. The gain / trim plug is very useful.

    MB is a Multi-Band Compressor/Expander...not an EQ...

    Correct. Pro-Q is great but not equivalent to the Hofa EQ. MDynamicEQ and Pro-MB are.

    FWIW, MeldaProduction had all EQs 50% off in March. This month they are offering a different plug-in at 50% off each day of the month.
