Hold Plugin Status when saving/recalling a Mixer Scene

Well Hey Now!

I love the new Mixer Scene feature. But mostly only in concept.  In reality, it's too slow for me to be useful. Without knowing, it seems in my little mind like recalling a scene pretty much starts from a clean slate and rebuilds the scene described environment from scratch.  Most of the time, I'll save a scene and then switch to a different synth patch or a different amp sim (of which many are up and running already). If I recall a scene, even though all plugins required are already loaded, it takes forever to switch scenes. Sometimes it even crashes.  It seems to me that as long as no new plugins are needed for the scene being recalled, it should just be a matter of some routing changes or some plugin parameter changes and such.  The time required to recall a large scene is off-putting enough to where I never use the feature.

Just sayin'
