Morning Karl, 4 hours to go on the auction, and it's up to about 80% of what I'd like, so it's looking good.

Don't forget my commission for encouraging you to hold your nerve, so you are going to have to attain at least 80% MORE than what you want to cover that consultation fee.

I know I'd be cutting my own throat with that margin, but only because I think you are worth it.

I can't say fairer than that.

That's good. I've always found ebay gets a pretty fair price for most stuff, in fact starting something too high has a negative effect in my experience.

Seems OK to me.

The bloke turned up but he forgot to get cash on the way, so I let him take the car (he looked at bit shifty, but that's not his fault) 'cos he promised to send me a personal cheque as soon as he got home.

To make sure you're not out of pocket though, I took out one of those very handy 'PayDay Loans', brilliant it is, only 6359 % APR, and just 99% penalty for early repayment, so that'll get your fees paid, and when the cheque comes, I'm quids in!!

Yay!!

I've always been shrewd with money.

I've always been shrewd with money.

When I first read this the "Daryl Effect" kicked in and I thought that last word was monkeys.  *Sigh...*

(Not that it's a bad thing to be shrewd with monkeys too, but I'm just sayin'...)
