But what the hell... We've really gone to town this year... whereas previous Christmas Specials from HS Towers have been end of line stuff or 'sound lib lite', this is the real mccoy - an homage to a rather famous 80s DCO polysynth ... 'you know' the one I refer to... But with a twist - mixable waveforms which can be detuned, multi wave LFO, 12 or 24dB/Octave switch on the lowpass filter and two ADSR envelopes instead of the original's rather paltry one! And it sounds fab. Furthermore, we sampled two banks of waveforms - one with the original's gorgeous analogue bucket brigade chorus, the other without. The authentically chorused bank sounds huge, especially with the detune control. But that's not all... We stick the whole lot through a pedalboard of stomp boxes... It is available now for a very seasonal £2.00. The tree and tinsel are coming down here at HS Towers today so once we're done with that, the price of YouKnow will be rising. However, I have decided to do it in increments so it will go to £10 at around 9pm (GMT) this evening until Jan31st when it will go to the full £20. Get a move on and you have a few more hours to snap up a real £2.00 bargain and then slightly less of a bargain until the end of the month.
