Home Studio to Sonar X3 loss on sound
If I record a project on my Samsung 730U3E/740U3E (Home Studio) and transfer it to my Desk top (Sonar X3) I loose all sound on my Desktop.
I believe Windows 10 may be somehow changing a driver setting on my M-Audio Delta 44 sound card.
I believe it may be a sample rate or bit depth setting somewhere that needs to be adjusted. not sure where?
I can get the sound back if I change the playback default format of my M-Audio Delta 44 sound card from 24 to 32 bit. But it keeps changing back to 24 bit when I transfer wav. files created in Home studio using
X AIR USB ASIO Driver 4.11 Where I change the bit rate setting reads as follows:
"Select the sample rate & bit depth to be used when running in shared mode."
I change it from :" 2 channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)"
to: " 2 channel, 32 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)" and I get sound back.
Any thoughts on how to keep this from happening?
