Vaultwit: pretty much all of the questions you're asking can only be adequately addressed by running the demo on the actual system you intend to use, doing the kinds of things you intend to do. Freezing time (for example) can vary hugely from machine to machine.

@Bristol_Jonesey: Yes, you are correct. 64-bit Windows 7.
 
@John T: Yes I understand and agree with you. But unfortunately I can't download the demo at this time because I am having problems with my internet. I need to call my internet provider, because I have been getting like less than 1 mb/s these days which is very slow. So until I sort that out, I wanted to get as much info as I could from other users.
