How Do I Get to Free 30 Day Groove 3 All Access Pass?

well normal pass I have , you have to login to it.. which it sounds like you haven't done

if it's not logged in , you get some of the demo videos for each subject IRC

your 100% sure your actually logged into it?

The whole process gave me fits, too, but I'm finally "in".

vmw, after you get "in", you don't go to the "Training Videos" to watch what you want.  You have to go to the "Watch Videos" section.

if they let you download, one could download almost every video on there in 30 days. That's way beyond the scope of a freebie. That would be better than what people are paying one year memberships

I am in Watch Video area. It wants me to download unless I click on "Only Show Full Access" in the lower right. When I do I can view videos but Sonar X2 is not in the list (X1 is)

SH...don't check "Only Show Full Access".  Click on the top dropdown menu.  X2 is listed there.  Then choose what category in the next drop down menu....then the subject in the last drop down menu.

Worked for me.

That's what I did at first, no "only show full access" check X2 to watch, then says to purchase. Then it take me to checkout to charge $40. The only thing I can click on is a link that says "Purchase"

I had some hang ups trying too get my login accepted but I have full access to all of the videos.

SH...I just logged back in and checked.

Once you log in...click on the "Watch Videos" tab.

Then when the viewer window pops up....click on the first dropdown menu and scroll down to choose what product you're looking for.  Then use the other dropdown menus to choose the subject.

Once you choose it...it automatically loads and plays.

That's what I did.  The last step "choose it" is only one link option... "Purchase".
I think I may have a problem with my Groove3 account.  I have a support request in for them.

Are you referring to my Cakewalk Account or the Groove3 account order history?

My Cakewalk account doesn't show anything in the order history....just shows the redemption code and a place to click to redeem it.

The Groove3 account shows my purchase in the order history...but shows my "order #" and says processed....and shows a total of $0.00.

I was talking about the Groove3 account.  Does your order history say what you bought ?  Mine just says ","  (comma) for 0$ with proper coupon code applied.

Teds_Studio SH....it does sound like you have a problem with your account. Once you log in, you can move your mouse over "My Account" and a drop down menu will show up. Click on "Order History" and see what it says. ------------------ It says I have an All-Access Pass Products ordered Product Item price Quantity Total All-Access Pass 'cw305ed32dxxxx' 1 n/a Subtotal: $0.00 Shipping cost: +$0.00 Total: $0.00 When I go to Watch Video I get this: http://snag.gy/A0Dmg.jpg

SH, is it possible you applied the coupon to a single video instead of the 30 day all-access pass?

Don't think so, my email receipt said 'All Access Pass'.
