How Do I Reload Unloaded Audio Devices?

I'm migrating SONAR from XP to W7 64-Bit and all went well except when I started it up for the first time, the profiler said that the audio device was either being used by something else or --(can't recall) It asked if you wanted to use it anyway or unload it. First time I said use anyway, and went on to another configuration. The next time, I made the error of choosing to unload it, and now when I manually run the audio profiler, it doesn't see my audio device any longer.
 
I have Sonar 8 and am trying to use my Echo Layla 3G which wants to run in WaveRT format. I read on CW site it can use WaveRT. When I run the profiler, it sees a couple of other devices that I don't want to use but it no longer sees the Echo device.
 
Can anyone tell me how to reload that unloaded device from Sonar?

Make sure you have the 64-bit driver for the audio device. It won't work at all without that.
Make sure you're in ASIO mode. You should use only one audio device. Using more than one can cause timing problems and you'll be forced to use WDM mode since ASIO supports only one audio device at a time. 

Thanks for the quick reply. I've got 64-bit drivers and the other device is my Line6 Gear Box DI. Everything sees it as an audio device, but it's not. Audio device worked fine in XP, and it works fine in W 7 64-bit outside of Sonar.
 
Like I said before, when Sonar did its initial audio profiling, it saw the device and I was a bone head and unloaded it. I just need Sonar to see it again and then I can configure the ASIO, etc.

Hello Agian--

I'm not sure if this is standard for running Sonar 64-bit on a 64-bit Windows platform, but I can't adjust the Audio latency. It is set a the lowest 2.7 ms and the slider seems to be grayed-out. Maybe I checked another box somewhere and didn't relaize it would set my latency, but I don't think my system can handle 2.7 ms and I need to increase it.

I'll double-check my settings from the old installation, but that was Sonar 32-bit running on a 32-bit Windows platform and may no longer apply.
