I've never not edited a post if it makes you feel any better James, or it's a rare occasion when I haven't. So although I'll answer.. give it a good 1 hour before it's 100% accurate

and with the unofficial spell checker around I'm very careful.. (ok.. I fib.. thankfully firefox has a built in spell checker although it don't catch my grammar)

hmmm ... I've seen it many times ....

people never actually READ (or seem to understand) the actual question being asked, so they see a few key words and start expounding upon something else related to those key words. Very frustrating for me as I usually am asking very narrow, specific questions, and sometimes get very vague, off-target, and meandering answers.

An analogy ... guy at gas station on way to vacation, walks in and asks a group of bystanders.


Q: What is the shortest way to Lake Wonderful Cabins from here, and how far is it?

A-1: Well you could go this way, or you could go that way, I had a friend who went such-and-such a way. There really is no "shortest" way.

A-2: Why do you want to go there? That's stupid. You should got to Lakefront cabins instead.

A-3: Heck with the Lake - why don't you go to the beach - much better vacation. You are obviously an idiot and don't know what you are talking about. I've really gotta question your vacationing skills.

A-4: Can you tell me what kind of car you have? What is your gas mileage? Is it 2 or 4 wheel drive?

A-5: Go straight 3 miles, turn left at Lake Road, go 4 more miles and you're there. 7 miles total, about 15 minutes. THANK YOU!

Personally I'm not sure if monitor cabinets are best made softwood or hardwood or even if the deciduous / evergreen argument plays a part in producing a reference tone. One thing I am positive of though is the length of a piece of string is always precisely double the length measured from its centre to one end.

And more people will agree on that than for any other reason I can think of.
