How To Install Loops That Came w/ P5

I think when I installed P5 v2.0 I decided to skip the audio loops that came with it. Now I think I'd like to have them. I have already installed the 2.5 update. How should I proceed? What folder should I store these loops in? What Disc are they on? Thanks!

    Thx, bro. Actually my P5 only came w/ one disk, but I found the files and copied them to My Documents. This whole new filing system (to be compatible w/ Vista) has got me confused. Programs here, data there, personal projects in a third place. How does one keep track?

    I wish someone would publish a "best practices" for setting up folders for all widely used Cakewalk programs - Sonar (all flavors), P5, and the synths and their programs. Show how to do it if the person has only 1 HD or the typical 2 HDs that most serious music PCs feature.
