You shouldn't be, is the simple answer, It's held on googledocs but It's free to view, no sign-in or account required.

This Works okay for me, i get the google page and a link to click on that then takes me to the actual PDF page i can then download. Probally Browser compatability or something like that, i have other sites i have come to know that do similar things to me.

Have you tried both Links? First link brings you to googledocs and show the file name Click on the name to bring you into the pdf (where you can view it) Top left of that page is File in the menu you will find the Download command. Mirror 2 Link brings you to Zippyshare Download Icon to the right of the file name downloads the PDF.

i think that'll be the next thing that gets overhauled.. it wouldn't surprise me..
the way I work with making my ones, is just have a blank template and click thru them and if they make noise keep, name. otherwise delete.. OR if there is an SFZ get the names from that . ( a parser as a stop gap, to import from sfz + text file.. would really make it far easier though)
but if they could take say 100-500 of each hits and work out the averages on it (e.g. the EQ curve, peak , duration ) , so it was intelligent to know what type of hit, that'll be "next step" :)
