    I believe the smallest footprint would be just downloading the SPlat installer directly from your account.

    yes indeed UN.
    you only need the platinum base installer to use theme editor.
     
    if you download offline, when asked to do a custom install select yes.
    then you can leave out a few extra features I believe. (few extra plug ins)

    You're welcome. I remembered I backed up Cakewalk Content from a base installation (a few versions ago). It's roughly 240 MB of templates, icons, presets, etc.
