How come DAWs can't start in -32 degrees?

How come DAWs can't start in -32 degrees?

I mean they should right?

    I mean they should right?

    It's because you don't quantize automatically you quantize manually otherwise it would work in even -689 degrees

    Unfortunately, I'm finding that most of my abilities with a DAW are the same as the square-root of -1...

    I've turned mine well beyond plus and minus 32 degrees, and it starts just fine...
