    I thought Beagle was the "official' Fred Keeper?

    Bapu is as Bapu does....  

    The answer, I believe is not that Bapu has the keys to the freds.... but that Bapu is fast on the posts. He got that post in before Ryan could lock it. 

    I've seen him post in one of my freds before I could even get back to the main page..... go figure.
