How do CC controls in event list relate to track inspector?
If I insert a controller into a track's event list for pan at say, 90, I see the track inspector on the left side of my track view still indicate that the pan is 64 (0% C). The same behavior can be seen with volume. The volume for all my tracks according to the track inspector and within the tracks settings is 101. However, my tracks are actually set at volumes from 90 to 110 but you have to open up each track's event lists to see this.
Since I am using Spitfire Audio's Symphonic libraries I have CCs for dynamics (1), Vibrato (21), Expression (11) and others which aren't echoed in the track settings or the track inspector, I am left with a simple question: Are the track inspector settings ignored when CCs in the event list countermand them? Or, do the settings in Track inspector act as a separate gate? That is, does increasing the default volume in the track settings or the inspector from 101 to 127 act as a separate gain and setting the pan in the inspector to 30% R alter my "CC 10-Pan" of 90 to 127? What is the relationship here?
