First you can't use firefox because it is not compatible with the forum software anymore. Use IE or Chrome. Your picture have to be stored on a web site so use something like Photobucket. Most of us will do a screen shot using ATL /PRT SC and paste to MS PAINT to edit. There is a picture ICon in the posting dialog box where you copy paste the pictures ULR.
