How do I add midi loops to the midi library in Sonar Professional ?

I have several midi loop collections from Odd Grooves and Groove Monkee that I want to add to the midi library in Sonar Pro. but, can't figure out how to. I've followed the directions described in the FAQ section of the Groove Monkee site but,no luck.

You can either copy the loops into a folder or subfolder already in the MIDI library or navigate to where ever the loops are installed and add the location to the browser. In the image below from http://www.cakewalk.com/Documentation?product=SONAR&language=3&help=Browser.03.html "G" will move up one level. Click "G" enough and you will see all the drives attached to your PC. Clicking on a drive or folder will move down one level. The "L" button will save a location with a name in the drop down "C".
