How do I get the first Sonar Platinum installer?

In my SSO only the current version of Sonar or any of the other installers is available.
Previously if I wanted to get any updates I could go to Support/Support by product, select Sonar/Sonar Version for individual update downloads. That is not the case with Sonar Platinum.
If I haven't been using the CCC and installed each version and update manually, how do I get the Allston and Braintree updates for example to start again? For that matter how do I get the other downloads where there's been an update?

Is there a link somewhere?
