How do I install z3ta+ - Muz3uM? (Sonar X3 and windows 7)

Thanks for your suggestion to find some retro synth sounds i have now downloaded Muz3uM. Is it easy to install?
(I have Sonar X3 and windows 7)
Do you just run z3ta+ - Muz3uM.exe and does it put everything in the right place?
 
How do you know what to put where, the 'read me' says there are the following 3 folders:
Documents/Cakewalk/Z3TA+ 2/MIDI Arpeggios/
Documents/Cakewalk/Z3TA+ 2/Programs
/Documents/Cakewalk/Z3TA+ 2/Wavetables
 
Finally, will it all just spring into life after you install ,  i.e. will I easily be able to see these new sounds when I right click on a track?
